Spring Test Machines

IST make a variety of spring testers, for both load testing and torque testing. Please choose from the options below to see more information:

Manual load test machines
manual load test machines These manual machines are available with a maximum load from 10 to 500 N.
Automatic load test machines
automatic load test machines Our automatic spring compression testers have a maximum load of between 10 and 50,000 N. IST's advanced software includes a flexible programming language to allow fully automated testing of your springs.

They have a single high-precision load range and perform full SPC analysis.
Automatic Torque test machines
automatic torque test machines Our automatic spring torque testers are available with a maximum torque of between 1 and 100 Nm. IST's advanced software includes a flexible programming language to allow fully automated testing of your springs.

Fatigue test machines
fatigue test machines IST is a long-standing supplier of high quality fatigue testing machines which have a proven track record both in industry and in our own extensively used test laboratories.

Our standard range of machines are designed to be easy to set up and use, and are built to give many years of excellent service. All of the machines have variable speed facilities, from 10% to full-scale to enable accurate simulation of service conditions.
Special machines
special machines We make a variety of test machines not falling into any of the above categories. Examples of these are non-axial load test machines, automatic prestressing machines and the FRACMAT wire test machine. We would also welcome enquiries for customised machines, whether it be a different load range than those normally available, an addition for fully automated testing or a wholly different type of machine.
